An academic is not expected to make loose comments like--J"&K continues to have the highest concentration of military personnel anywhere in the world". Has this gentleman heard of places like Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Palestine, ISIS held areas, Tibet, Ukraine, Serbia or even Pakistan? These places have many more army personnnel per square mile or per 100000 people. There will be several other places in South America, Africa, Asia and Europe too where the numbers would be higher.This only shows how much his opinion is biased.

What is the problem of J&K? Pakistan wants to swallow kashmir and Hurriyat and the likes are day in and day out supporting the enemy from within thanks to people like you. The day to day survivalof J&K depends on the Tax payers money from rest of India - virtually bleeding the country. This has been going on unchecked.
