Even the report of banerjee committee which was appointed by lalu prasad to probe the Godhra train burning incident is equally unjustified. There was no opposition to it by you is also unjustified.
Fake or real-majority of it are fake only, but those who are killed are not good citizens, they are either themselves criminal or associates of criminals.
Supreme Court is not the highest judicial authority! Indians are perhaps not aware that there is a superseding hierarchy. Guess who? ......ok ok ....it's Poonawala ..aka...gubbarewala :)
Why rediff give undue importance to Poonawala who is totally bias as a spoke person of congress the party which is totally rejected by the voters in the last parliament election and state elections thereafter.this party is almost politically finished and they have got habit of criticising the present ruling party just sake of criticising without any merit in their criticism. The statement of school lung and totally immature person having ack of serine, wisdom, intelligence should be better if ignored totally.

It is not about this single incident alone; it is a question of the State fulfilling its responsibility of finding and punishing the killers of anyone. In Shiv Nandan Paswan vs. State of Bihar & Others (AIR 1983 SC 1994), the Supreme Court of India has described that “Prosecution of an offender is the duty of the executive”[emphasis supplied]. A State which abdicates its responsibility for any [read political, here] considerations will ultimately lose its credibility in the eyes of populace and Indian public has, despite being dubbed as dumb, has shown the door at elections to such entities without fail!

Gujarat government has given the maximum cooperation with investigating agencies and the court and help them to get many culprits involved in violence convicted including their MLA whereas the families of victims of 1984 riots in Delhi are still waiting for justice due to them even after 30 years and the alleged culprits are roaming free. In Gujarat nearly 300 people died in police firing while in Delhi not a single bullet was fired and there was no law and order situation in Delhi for nearly two to three days and the culprits had no fear of any police actions against them.
