In Shiv Nandan Paswan vs. State of Bihar & Others (AIR 1983 SC 1994), the Supreme Court of India has described that “Prosecution of an offender is the duty of the executive”[emphasis supplied]. A State which abdicates its responsibility for any [read political, here] considerations will ultimately lose its credibility in the eyes of populace and Indian public has, despite being dubbed as dumb, has shown the door at elections to such entities without fail!
Sohrabuddin Sheikh was a noted gangster, so how does it matter if he was killed with cold blood or hot blood?
ishrat case has been in the hands of con-grace government for a long time; if she was innocent then why it didn't reflect in the investigation by con-grace ruled cbi?

This whole case is a fabrication of congrace and so there is no proof and everything is unraveling now that real investigation is being done.
Until now only congrace stooges were trying to put modi and shah in jail somehow even though they have no connection.
