I agree with you to a great extent.. many farmers need to be pushed out of poverty, and this for the time being demands direct help of some sort.. farming needs a complete reform.. agreed.. (not to mention, social issues like population needs to be curbed.. big families are much pressurized if the land they own is small.. ).. Government need to make a solid framework and implement it..
