Reasons-Became greedy and diverted to commercial crops rather than Rice and Wheat, the staple crops. The commercial crops too spoiled by high use of pesticides and ferts, destroying soil and environ. This is not the first time when such report is released on farmer suicides, even the prevoius govt agri minister sharad pawar had given similar data what the existing minister has given.
