Do not know much about the case, but can say give him some more time to prove his innocence, why hurry when you have waited for 22 years why not one more year.
Are you people trying to say now that the court would have never been informed of such things or if there was any arrangement the same would not have been revealed to them. No judge would like to be a party for terminating someone else's life without going through the whole case in all its perspectives and subtle nuances. Only when the crime would have appeared so overwhelming to merit such punishment they would like to come to such decisions. Such things weighs on the conscience of any individual who is civilised and has no personal reasons for arriving at wrong conclusions. For sensationalising such things people like you can cite all kinds of such matters. However sad it is we should not doubt the integrity or the sense of our judges many of whom are splendid personages.

1) Yakub and RAW/IB deal doen't have any records. 2) Court see evidences so how he came to india doesn't matter to them 3) SC given hanging order to Rajeev,beant murders but for certain set of people like yakub who doesn't get political support going to hang and ppl who have support living their life and tamilnadu and Akali govt not giving fasi to them....simple thing without political support u can't survive..and sends wrong message to certain set of pppl.
As Ajmal Kasab was hanged after a short duration in equilant to Yakub. He was been hanged for killing many people's in Mumbai attack & some great officer's, the same way Yakub should also be hanged for killing many innocense people in Mumbai Blast. SHOULD BE " HANGED TILL DEATH ".

yakub is a muslim ,when muslim name come everybody [politician and policeman and others] showing interest ,easy target , promotion and many more things.no political support . allah is great , he will done better inshallah

Who should decide the penalty? If a policeman who caught a thief wants punishment to be as per his will, how can judiciary run? It is a shame that he had to convince that criminal to come to India instead of getting him by force.
Question arises whether the Indian agencies made any offer to Yakub that he would be treated leniently if he cooperated , or whether Yakub somehow convinced himself that cooperation would get him a leniency. If it was the second, then his case is difficult. If it was the first, and he is executed, no criminal will in future cooperate with an Indian agency . That will make our IB, RAW and Police weaker against terror.

Nowdays in world which is very connected no one would believe on RAW and IB due to betrayal done to Yakub.
YAKUB MEMON WILL GO TO GALLOWS ON 30TH JULY, HIS 53RD BIRTHDAY... MUSLIMS DO BELIEVE IN LIFE AFTER DEATH... HE WILL DEFINITELY BE PUNISHED IN ALLAH'S COURT... 30TH JULY IS JUST AN ABERRATION... I HUMBLY APPEAL TO ALL MUSLIMS NOT TO MAKE HUE AND CRY OVER HIS HANGING... LIFE AND DEATH IS IN ALLAH'S HAND, NOT INDIAN POLITICIANS' HANDS...

I don't agree, unlike kasab who repeatedly said YES I have killed and caught using sacrifice of omble, Yakub surrendered and paid the price, He should have trusted on tiger, might be living luxuries life like dawood and Tiger..putting trust on RAW and IB causes going to gallows. now no one would believe on RAW and IB outside india.
If you want peace in india, bomb the pakistan. For the sake of old martyrs, and for the security of your "still to come" children, Otherwise this will happen again and again.

Pakistan is not kid, they have nothing to loose and wants same so that they can throw all bombs to india, china also wants it...which is bigger enemy to india and supplied technology to PAK.
