If you want to quit smoking, dont use any substitutes. You will never quit smoking using them. Only one way is to quit it completely.

TOBACCO ACTUALLY REDUCES YOUR URGE TO URINATE AND GO TO LATRINE. DOCTORS ASTUALLY ADVICE SMOKERS TO DRINK LOT OF WATER. YOUR FRIEND IS AN EXCEPTION OR HE IS LYING.

Drink two glasses of water first thing in the morning (immediately after brushing your teeth).

You wont need anything else to clear your bowels in the morning if you do this regularly.

Smoking Injurious not only to Smokers also to Others&
by Satyanarayana Manne on Jun 03, 2016 11:42 AM | Hide replies

Ours and our Govts. Slogan is \\\"Smoking is Injurious to Health.\\\" But besides this smoking is not only to the Smokers but also to NEIGHBOURS (ALL IN THE UNIVERSE) but also to the ENVIRONMENT too. Our Govts. should promulgate a LAW that If any Accident done with Alcohol intoxication should be Punished with entire Maintenance for life time of the injured Person. But ONE cannot Identify the Intoxication made to Mankind and ENVIRONMENT.Hence Tobacco consumption be Banned in India Permanently.

Banning is one and making it Illegal is another. So what if Cigarette is banned. Alternatives will be available. Self control/ control from within is the only effective tool. That will come through education & awareness.

People are all not Brilliants.
Theft, Rape, Crime ie., are done by our people. But, illigal.
Same way Tobacco & Liquor should be BANNED by Govts.
Also, monitored by Governments to implement the ban properly.
THAT IS THE DUTY OF GOVERNMENT.
That will cause for 50% development of our COUNTRY.
