Gandhi was financed by the Capitalists of India, all pro-British to expel anyone who wanted freedom from the British. Gandhi was never elected by put there as the leader of the Congress by Sir Gokhle, a staunch pro-British. Gandhi used to insult the revolutionaries, expelled Netaji Subhas and 200 of his followers from the Congress, diverted the freedom movement to Khilafat movement, never gave any leadership but used to withdraw always, ultimately gladly accepted the British plan to partition India. India would be better off and could gain the Dominion Status in 1935, with no partition, if Gandhi would be successful in his legal business in South Africa.

He had an emotional connect with people, whenever he feels his ideology got defeated / faces threats, his ultimate weapon was "fasting"
Instead of separate Country, we would have created separate state called Pakistan and solved the problem. Here, I am seeing Gandhi as a failed strategists to solve a problem, one cannot have "Fasting" as a universal solution to advocate his ideology to resolve all the problems
Godse admired to Savarkar strategy and philosophies than emotional connect and Gandhian ideology principles

Lord Ram was the Ishwar who was also allah for muslim but CONGY dumped Raghupati Raghav Raja Raam as vote of rabid people in particular community became more important..Sane people in same community remain silent letting rabid people become face of them..
