aap's victory
by natarajan seetharaman on Feb 13, 2015 06:33 AM

as was its wont, aap made baseless and wild allegations, against all others, uttered a series of lies and promised to provide everything free. these are not the virtues of a party with a difference and good governance. unless it changes its attitudes and behaviour completely it cannot justify the historical victory it achieved.

Only wishes without feasibility can't work

Without support from BJP govt in center, AAP cannot do anything. THat means AAP cannot claim credit for everyting.
As a wish any street walking person can list out the agenda- we want this , we want that.. But how to achieve that, whether it is possible finalcially and other resource availability is important....
For example- AAP says we will reduce electricity prices by half, we will do Audit of the electricity providing companies..
Here they assume that after Audit, they will find something drastic corruption/irregularities and they can reduce the prices...And what if they find everything ok and prices cannot be reduced? Then they will start bleming central govt and will ask for subsidies...
same about Free WIFI, free water
AAP keeps opposing corporates for everything..Who will give above facilities? Common man on the street?

So only fools can get waved by these NAxal anarchists( yes because they just give feeling to common man that everybody except AAPtards are corrupt) and nothing else.

MOdi has already brought disciplene in bureocracy in Delhi..Cut the unnecessar costs on news reports those worked as rackets. We will see good results of all these things in near future.

I agree. Plan should be to get 24 x 7 electricity and enough water availability. For this you need long term vision and not short term benefit. You may reduce bill amount per unit but what of use ,if there is no power supply constantly

OK. Can you devalue the casrifices done by freedom fighters who fought before Ganhiji and others only because they could not brought Independence in their life time?
No, because they initiated and tried for freedom.Similarly if AAP brings facilities for people through BJP, they can't be deprived of credit because they fight for this. BJP will also given credit if they come forward without any problem to help AAP in implementing their promises. If BJP creates hurdle in the process it will not be good for fer also because this time it is Kejrival not Congress.

Ashutosh is already building up a justification for a poor performance by the AAP. Kejriwal is nit Modi. He is a horse with poor track record which has only won one or two races.

After Victory Kejriwal realized that he can go out of Delhi and capitalize on victory. So he made post of Deputy CM so that he does not remain working CM in Delhi. Indirect way of going away from responsibility and resigning He made apology to people that he wont run away from responsibility. He has made plan before 14tH Feb oath

"As a Man Thinketh" Sow as you shall reap!

That, AAP settles down on its victory to even introspect its win and its purposeful role, is commendable and noteworthy

Hope this thought does not die down fighting against the very well used word - "Empire " in his argument

Surely it kindles enough hope and inspiration across the country about good accountable governance !

a very positive and thought provoking article ..

Alas ! the oldest political party , Congress is bankrupt of such thinking where, after such a long presence in the service of people , it should have evolved a formidable governing model party ! nothing comes more than words and lip service in recent times from them.

BJB indeed has the potential and the intellect to go the AAP way , in its own way , on its own agenda ... provided they accept to learn from other people's success.

But greed and corruption indeed hold all mankind to ransom.

Best of luck to AAP. I appreciate the germination of a good thought.
