Message is clear
by Varadarajan Ravindran on Feb 12, 2015 05:17 AM

The Delhi elections sent a clear message that if you promise freebies and ask the people not to do any work, they will immediately and overwhelmingly vote for you. Nonetheless, it should be clearly noted that the outcome of the Delhi elections has nothing to do with the national elections. People look for higher education, greater wealth, and more power all over India. They will vote for a leader like Narendra Modi, but they will not vote for persons like Arvind Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi or Rahul Gandhi. Another important message that was visible was the appeasement of the minorities by Kejriwal even if they broke the law or committed anti-national activities, or made anti-national statements. These concessions will sell in Delhi but not in other geographical or political regions of India. A corollary to the above theory is that the press and media in Delhi are able to influence the electorate, and they are in turn controlled by institutions exemplified by the Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi University and other bastions of socialism and communism.

So you grouse is that you did not get 15 laksh? Ask AAP for they got money from fake companies.
What makes you think BJP workers threw stones. Ever since 1984 riots it is Cong policy to engineer riots in BJP ruled states. They finally succeeded big time in engineering Guj riots by instigating minorities to burn train. Now that BJP in Center they are again doing this in Delhi.
What do you call who invites Nawaz Shariff for his son's anointment and not Indian PM, of course, traitor and not patriot.

Minority Report
by Alex Bond on Feb 12, 2015 12:32 AM

his AAP win is due to the minority vote bank who dumped Congress and voted AAP to keep BJP and NaMo out as the minority community is truly secular. They hate NaMo for ages now. The next thing they will keep out Owasi brothers and elect AAP candidates in their respective constituency.

Kraaaa..........kraaaa..........................kraaa
by piri on Feb 12, 2015 12:17 AM

Kraaaa.....went Narendra Modi in his rasping Hindi for weeks together in different areas of Delhi. The din he raised was more incessant and immensely more grating than that raised by any other politician. Amit Shah too was at his blaring worst but did not really match Modi in terms of the sheer arrogance he could emanate.

As D day neared, the desperation in Modis speeches began to show more and more. After all, the BJP had long since put all their eggs in the Modi basket and had come to believe that Modi, the superman, had become invincible in elections. Blips such as the BJPs vote share in Kerala declining in the 2014 LS election despite hectic campaigning by Modi were seen as irrelevant.

Considering all these, Modi and the BJP became increasingly paranoid as the elections in Delhi drew near, mortally afraid that Modis labouriously cultivated image of being a superman might crash in a heap.

Given a second chance, it can be gainsaid that Modi might have stayed completely away from the Delhi election so that the blame could have easily transferred to the partys local leaders.

Kraaa....kraaaa....kraaaa....needs to take a long break perhaps.
