A world class city includes that. It includes housing, food, clothes, education, water, electricity, roads, transport, healthcare, for everyone
I urge Mr Kajriwal to now work for full 5 years and make some concrete plan to make Delhi a world class city. Just making water and electricity free is not a solution. He should make power plants and connect Delhi with world class pipelines and drainage with clean roads, street furniture, dustbins, parking menace, pollution - ban all diesel and petrol vehicles. They should convert to CNG, entertainment centres, theme parks so that poor people can earn through tourism, traffic control, create jobs, control hoarding of items.
