Aaker Patel very conviniently says that in USA if 25 Blacks had been executed illegaly, the government would have fallen! So he equates all blacks with the SIMI fundamentalists! Haven't seen more prejudiced journalist ! Also what does he say of the US judiciary when they shot dead in cold blood Osama ? Did he say that he should have been put to trial and not shot dead that too by intruding in another independent country? Or what does he have to say about the hundreds of Iraqi saddam supporters who were put in the Guntanamo Bay prison without any trial? Aaker Patel takes all Indian to be illiterate idiots or left leaning stooges. He forgets that this is 2015 and not 1985!

Ordinary people accused of petty crimes are kept behind bars for a period that often exceeds the maximum punishment specified for the crime. All the accused are not fortunate enough to be produced before a judge and their cases settled. Some will die or be killed before their guilt or innocence is established. Any payment of compensation for the unjust incarceration is an alien concept to our rulers. In case of politically powerful people, cases are dropped by the investigating agencies before any credible evidence is collected. They are all to be deemed innocent as they are never convicted, in fact never even faced a judge!

The popluation of Andhra Pradesh would have been much larger without these ten million killings, if they actually took place. But it seems nobody else knows about them.

So long as militant type of criminals, robbers, thiefs, terrorists who spit, throw stones, incite violence with police, This encounter is going to exist, activists can make noise n talk holy, but in reality the above category people treat cop like a criminal N cops have to survive against these ??
