Nonsense. Please learn to behave yourself while commenting upon the Prime Minister. And what is wrong about not knowing English, which is a foreign language, adopted by India too because of British colonial heritage. Finally, Modi can not only read, but speak too in English, when necessary. Check youtube for his speeches, especially before ISRO scientists on successful Mars mission.
Of all the above pm the only one who looks to be comfortable in body language seems to be Rajiv Gandhi. I was hoping the great vajpayee would have better but he too looks a bit in awe of Clinton.
Nehru's meeting with Kennedy in 1961 was a disaster. India was critical of US role in Korean conflict and then on going trouble in Cuba because non aligned policy ( Pro Russia )of India. Kennedy wanted Nehru's comment on on Russia occupying Czechoslovakia and Hungary Nehru simply smiled. Indians think they smart.

Nice to know what went wrong with Indo-US relations in the past. Looking impartially, if one interprets Nehru's smile was a sign of cockiness (it could have been innocent too) one can conclude that the USA was right in suspecting India to be a Soviet ally, and NAM as a proxy. How would India have reacted if a visiting Head of State were given the honour of addressing the Parliament where he criticised India's policy on Kashmir and smiled away at Pakistan's role there? Kennedy sincerely wanted to put warmth to relations with India, but we lost a golden opportunity because of Nehru's indiscretion. Still he helped India during the Sino-Indian conflict of 1962. One can say that Nehru was frustrated at the end of his 1949 US visit by then President Truman's refusal to help India, unless India joins the US side as an ally against the Soviets. That was Truman Doctrine and beginning of Cold War. This was not possible for India, as we had good relations with the Soviet Union, and we had formulated our own foreign policy of equal closeness and equal distance with both the power blocks (this ushered into the NAM or Non-Aligned Movement), to avoid any conflict. We had to concentrate on our own nation-building first. Then in 1956 Nehru visited USA of President Eisenhower who also made friendly overtures. But the US Secretary of State John F Dulles hardline against Soviets came in the way. However Kennedy could not have mentioned Czechoslovakia then, since Soviet intervention was in

Do you think USA will agree all the points raised by our PM. It is your mistake. It is country's politics. Barrak Obam may be President of USA but his hands are also tightened. No country will bow the head for another country. Please wait and watch what result will come during this first visit. I am totally negative to bow the heads in front of other country. we have guts to stand us instead of begging. Jai Hind

Its a shame that you are talking of race for our prime minister .. its useless to comment on such statement done by you but I feel so bad that you talked about prime minister in such a way .. if you met with an accident then which blood you will accept .. I can not say be mature because you can not be as you belong to some third class mentality
Google "Dollar hegemony". Don't compare yourself with America. USA is different from rest of the world. Since 1973 US dollar is pegged to OPEC Oil. If You Buy OPEC/Arab Oil In Rupees, USA Will Declare War On You.
Photo No. 2 . After this meeting , when the lady left the room , Nixon was said to have remarked to Kissinger " I don't know how you can stand these Indians" . Nations do not have friends , only interests.
