We still import most of our day-to-day engineering product from abroad. Our engineers and manufacturing companies have to do a lot before we boast that we have achieved something.
ISRO should now develop Mangalyaan-II to take Mr. Subrato Roy, A Raja, Mr. Kalmadi and likes of them to Mars. That will save our country crores in future !!

Even if we send them to Mars, then that will also return of money from them to Indian treasury.
Proud to be an Indian citizen. Indians who got Citizenship in other countries for their personal betterment should be denied to enter India as they wish and Indian citizenship should be cancelled for them. If they want to enter they need to obtain entry visit visa and that to be in the sole discretion of India.
Private space tourism and setting up space stations , launching spacecrafts in private initiative would greatly reduce cost and increase chances of success. Already lots of private entrepreneurs have come up in private space exploration particularly in the US. India need to set up appropriate environment for corporate and entrepreneurs to join this race.
Indian Government is paying a pittance to our Indian Scientist and less perks whereas US pays 100 times more with many perks. Now guess why our scientist wants to move abroad.
When are the builders from India particularly from NCR. Noida and neighbouring states where they are butchering the people with price hikes of the property everyday and making their land banks, are going to Mars and buy plots and establish colonies and advertising them to be at the stones throw from the main cities of India and selling it at prices manytimes than its worth!
BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO ISRO TEAM. India is not short of talent or money. It requires proper utilisation. Peoples should be away from corruption and caste/religion politics. And our nation will be ahead of all.
