Being the transport minister and violate the traffic rule, he must pay the highest penalty for breaking the rule. No question - he is supposed to set an example.
No surprises here. This is neither the first nor the last time that Hon'ble Shri Gadhakari has violated the law. Unlike Modi, he works for his own betterment not that of the nation.
Would Atal ji have inducted Gadhakari into his cabinet? I don't think so.

Nonsense. If you are a patriot, you'll follow rules and if you break rules, you'll pay fine and not act like gadkari did.

These are paid parrots, trained to praise the lord!! As per Manu's laws, crime done by Brahmins were to be dealt with kids gloves! Now the kids gloves used with rulers..
That is why India is not improving. The Rulers want the ruled to follow the rule, and the Ruler himself flout the rules. How fantastic it is. What a country we are!. What a Minister we have got. it is like the crab walking back and telling his kids to walk towards front. Very good Mr. Minister, kieep it up, you will have no moral authority to advise your ruled ones to follow rules. Wish you Happy days.
