Pakistan keeps behaving like this because it is inherent in its muslin psyche to be paranoid and scared because of the mental inferiority and instability of followers of the muslin religion in Pakistan!
Average Pakistani citizen and Indian muslin suffer from the same artificially induced paranoia and fear mongering done by muslin religious leaders about the muslin identity and religion being in perpetual danger!
This is why muslin burnt H1ndu pilgrims singing religious songs in a stationary train in G0dhra in 2002 because they "thought" those songs were mocking them and were a precursor to on attack on the muslin in the area!

our forces too are retaliating and inflicting losses to them but not bombarding Civilians belonging to Pakistan as per International Norms of War, do you wish that Indian Army should also bombard Pakistani Civilians ? Pakistan never cared for their citizens , they are every other day dieing in Pakistan in terrorists attack.
Pakistan is a failed nation pakistan is a distrubed nation Pakistan is a lawless nation pakistan is in turmoil Pakistan army wants to provock indian army for fighting so that they can declare emergency in pakistan to control pakistan citizens. India should be careful about it.
