I see even the highly educated people litter on roads and public places. until individuals not start taking responsibility, we cannot make india clean.

Can you make some positive statements please? Lets say all others are not taking responsibilty. Can you confirm you are doing your part? That will be one positive statement. We have enough negativity so far. lets at least believe that good things can happen.
