Mr Gnani Sankaran statement is wrong as AIADMK under MGR and followed by JJ did all the welfare schemes in Tamilnadu. JJ has realised her mistakes in the past after getting elected in 2011 and definitely she will lead Tamilnadu. As for MK or his sons MK Stalin [who cannot even speak properly on stage!] and MK Alagiri they cannot think of the people but only their families. Vaiko if he comes out of his regional & Eelam images and takes a national outlook, he would be a better choice. Rajnikant is out and out a businessman and he can do nothing for the State rather than talking! However, as long as JJ is there there is none to take her place!

Hi Mahatma, I do not agree to certain parts. Even if JJ does welfare schemes now, what is the punishment for her wrong-doings in the past? 66 crores is not a small amount. The money belongs to Indian public in general and TN people in particular. VAIKO will never be a good leader and I do not know why some say he is clean. From where did he get the money to build Thayagam? From LTTE. and thats why he supports them.Your observation on MK, Stalin, Rajni are perfect.

official figure is 66cr in 1995 ( which means around 300 cr in today's context after inflation adjustment).. Im saying again only official figures, nobody knows actual figure.. a highly corrupt lady

Not satisfied in their urge of creation of deities which have numbered over 33 Million pantheons on last count, Indians just crave for more. What they do ? They just deify Politicians and treat them as demi Gods. They portray them as omnipotent who can do no wrong. So in many States, we have such demi Gods who have captured the imagination of masses. Infact such personality worship is the antithesis to a democratic system where people are expected to evaluate the performance of a Government and give thumbs up or down based on their perception. Unfortunately, that is not the case in India's democrazy where people vote on emotions and are also not politically aware. This just makes us unfit for a Democracy.

If the appeal by Jaya for speedy bail is also matched by speedy trial by the prosecution in this case, then she is doomed to be in jail for 4 years. Kanimozhi may also be her jailmate in the future. But Stalin has a clean image sans Karunanidhi and his family, and with his mass base may welcome the possible defectors from ADMK and win the 2016 election. Vaiko has no administrative experience and has no inner democracy in his party and behaves almost like Jaya as the sole supremo of his party and his supporters are weaning away from him after the last Lok Sabha election in which he joined with the BJP and lost his secular credentials.
Searching for democratic party in India is futile, and declaring DMK as democratic when a senior like Anbazhagan is sidelined when every kid of Karuna through each and every wife is given post, is proof of its "democratic" values. That said, DMK never pretended to be holy and is the only party that hasn't allied with Jaya and consistently attacked her. Swamy allied with her and Sonia in 1999, 3 years after filing these cases! Anyway, Cong and BJP are both communal, castiest and anti-Tamil. So that leaves only Vaiko as a rallying factor if Jaya doesn't make it.
