Thank you, Mr. Modi is not a religious nutcase like Jinnah. Modi is already setting India on the right path.

Other than Mooselimes whole world is secular. Every other religion is merely reacting to Islamic theocracy and madness.

No! You are wrong! What Mr. Gulzara Azad meant was that within the Congress party a vote was taken to determine its leader. In the Westminster style of democracy, the leader becomes the prime minister when the party wins. Sardar Patel was chosen by the party voters. Nehru became the party leader through Mahatma Gandhi's influence. This was a 1947 matter and had nothing to do with the 1952 election.

Like Bukhari, Congress is cornering themselves. Isolated because of people having lower expectations from them. Modi is proving himself to be the real secular stalwart combining -- Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, Bose -- all in One. True secularism is at last showing its fruits all over India and Congress is shrinking in a corner each day.

Motila Nehru and Jawaharlal Nehru cannot help their stature beign diminished by their descendants. The decline in performance and accountability started with Indra Gandhi and the incomoetency legacy was passed on throgh Rajiv Gandhi and utimately to Rahul Gandhi (usign Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi as supports). So much so, the great legacy of the Nehrus was severely compromised by these leaders to such an extent that they cannot even win one-tenth of the parliament seats in the election. I am BJP type of person with support for Narendra Modi; and yet, I feel sorry for the Congress party (our GOP or Grand Old Party).

Teen Murti Bhavan was built in 1930 as part of the new imperial capital of India, New Delhi as the residence of the Commander-in-Chief of the British Indian Army.
