It seems Pak ISI is at work , targetting critical and vital Naval warships , submarines. Sabotage seems to be the main reasons. ISI has a lot of Proxy Indian agents working for them in India. IB & RAW should cross check all aspects and no Indian should also escape scrutiny. Mazgaon is a minority infested area with elements of Pak sympathisers. India needs to work effectively as Military preparedness is vital for security of 1.25 billion Indians

What sort of garbage is Rediff and other English language media putting out! Carbon dioxide is not a poisonous or explosive gas. The Naval officer died after the valve of the VERY high pressure cylinder in which CO2 was contained flew off and hit him in the chest. The reason for hospitalization of the other personnel is not known, but it certainly cannot be because of CO2 "poisoning".
No one can be sure of any reasons as submarine may have many complex systems and items. indigenous sub marine batteries /any other subsystems /even wires /motors /gen sets etc should not be replaced or even allowed for trial unless they get approval by original manufacturers of submarine technology at their premises. we can not afford to loose our naval man power or proven submarines over a long period in this way
it seems the handywork of Pak & china through dee gaang's indian agents. upa who are slaave to dee gangg is silent spectattor while honest navy commanders were either resighning or get killed by the sabotage.
Some questions that need to be asked. : Who is the dock safety manager and who was the ship's safety officer during the drill? Were the cylinders regularly inspected? Who is the contractor for doing this refilling? Is a record maintained of the testing ?
