Well said. Except Akhilesh at least has some education from a paid capitation college. Rahul has basically no education and no experience even in peon's job.

Good show Akhilesh
by Narayanan Mahalingam on Jun 07, 2014 06:52 PM

Good that you are messing up UP big time. For the mess in the first half, the UP voters have chucked SP out of Lok Sabha barring the Yadav family.

For the misrule in the second half, you will face a similar fate in the 2016 / 2017 assembly elections.

Keep the bad work going. Only hassle is that the people of UP are going to suffer. Maybe, let them launch an agitation to throw this govt sooner than 2017.

Yadav galore...
by SekharaM on Jun 07, 2014 06:32 PM

The states of Bihar and UP are run by political parties. Even educated people would like to know your caste (jaat) soon after introductions. It is no wonder that the government of UP is filled with Yadavs as well as the police stations. I do not find it surprising that you go to a police station and want to file a complaint, the first thing to be told will be what is your caste. If you are a Dalit, better cool your heels or worse, land in the cell yourself. As long as the people of these states do not shed their 'caste' outlook, the states will continue to remain backward.

The Yadav clan will only wake up when a few Dalits rape a few Yadav girls! In Mulayam's world buffaloes get a priority over girls.

UP needs a strong GOVERENCE
by sps chowdhury on Jun 07, 2014 04:55 PM  | Hide replies

Up govt. in power should concentrate on STRONG and POWERFUL GOVERNANCE , leave cast aside make merit based decisions on Infrastructures ie ROAD, ELECTRICITY and JOBS. With such improvements Industry in UP will be at par with GUJRAT, he should not feel shy in following GUJRAT MODEL. I ahd been uo most of the parts of UP and GUJRAT for the last 5 years on my tours and seen GUJRAT developing from all the angles while UP declining in all the areas from Roads, Water, BUSES and Industries
I feel Akhlesh should take a very bold step if he is to survive in Politics

Mr Chowdhury, you are like any literate who can get conned by print/electronic media. If you travel to MHR and TN, Gujrat is way behind. Go to Sabarkantha and Kutchh areas of Gujrat(outside Adani' empire) and see the road conditions.
There is alround development pan India. The role of erstwhile govt is more in infra dev in last 10 years but corruption was at the peak just it happened during PV Narsimharao time.

Gujrat has always been a developed state but real development took place in Bihar during Nitish Kumar. Its very sad this man has been used as the toilet paper by the people of Bihar.

AKHILESH IS NOT THAT BAD LIKE MULYAM, LALOO,MAYAWATI
by subrata banerjee on Jun 07, 2014 04:46 PM  | Hide replies

an educated and most straight forward chief minister like Akhilesh is not that bad like his father mulyam, ex bihar cm lalooo, and ex cm up mayabati bahenji. yes, molestation has been taking place every now and then in all most every corner of our country. then why Akhilesh shall be singled out? i would expect medias should focus on extreme issues like price rise, education, health, rampant corruption, black money and don't only hang around molestation.

Law and Order situation in UP has become turmoiled
by Ramanarao Kallepally on Jun 07, 2014 04:45 PM

It is very pathetic to note that the heart of the state of India is U.P. which has become restless for women cadre to stay freely, happily and peacefully (print this message). Since Baap Beta sarkar has come into power the UP state has become worst in India. Everyday nearly two dozen rape incidents occurred and rape victims are not being taken care by the UP Government. Due to such incidents, the rape victims are loosing their lives by hanging themselves to the trees etc. etc. This is clearly shows that the efficiency of UP Government utter failure to control the situation which has become out of hand of the government, hence, the governor of UP state should recommend President of India to impose immediately President rule to restore peace, and faith in the state. This is the only solution left before the Governor. Not only this, the power cut problem more than 12 hours to 20 hours in major cities of UP is another restless problem for farmers, industrialists, educational institutions etc. With all these problems increasing day by day this shows the utter failure of the UP Government.
