It is sad to note that some MP's think they are immune to the law of the land just because of their status. Had this act been committed by some other ordinary citizen, he would have behind bars with more than a dozen charges framed against him. Are not the fundamental rights equal for all Indians, so why is no legal action taken against the erring MP. As public representatives they should learn how to behave with responsibility. The harshest punishment should be meted out to the erring MP more so because of his irresponsible behavior. Have to wait and see if the Shiv Sena leadership has the guts to rein him in.

Had this been done by a muslim MP to a hindu worker who is on Navratri Upwas?
The attempt to play down Vichare's misbehavior fais.Under no circumstance Vichare's behavior can be justified. The victim had given his name. His name plate was displayed on his person. On top of it all Arshad had said he was fasting. In all Vichare did what he did knowingly. The attempts by the SS MPs to offer alibis do not sound right. As regards the argument that the purpose of the agitation of the MPs was not the food. So? Did an incident of the type shown in the videos take place? It did. Don't we know the attitude o SS towards Muslims? And the criminal background of Vichare? The inference is the action was deliberate.Boorish. Arrogant.Vichare needs to be punished unless he apologises to the victim.
As per_Islam,force feeding does not end a fast.Fast can end only if some one eats willingly. So,media who is not aware of this fact should stop this BS.

Its definitely blown out of proportion as such incidents are not uncommon especially SS members doing such things are miniscule.SS members should beIgnored for suchTrivial enc0unter as do so on much bigger scale. But larger issue is how these MPs d1e for their welfare like fooding. I think it is just infight between bigger and smallerG00ns as the story told
