Whatever has happened in Maharashtra Sadan was of bad taste but to give it a colour of religion is equally bad taste. All such issues happens only in Govt. run deptts, even a class IV employee has respect equal to President of India, whether he performs well or just take it a ride.

What will the poor souls do? Since they have sold themselves to kangress (who want to malign opposition n keep licking vote banks at any cost), all their fatwas come from 10 ganfat n they act accordingly.

Shiv Sena force-feeding controversy: What is the real story?

Actually it makes me feel happy.....I m not the only one suffering from such food conditions!!! The way they protested is definitely wrong...but protesting through right ways to effectively stop the menace is infact the right thing to do!!! But personally did not like the way a religiously fasting person had to leave his fast....I wud say in future they protest for the right causes the common man is suffering from....n not on petty issues like services...atleast a MP should not mind this as he is not in Parliament to think over such silly things!!!

Useless stories
by on Jul 28, 2014 09:39 PM

Why rediff is carrying on with this useless stale stories. How do you expect a hungry man to react when he is served rotten food. The IRTC serves poor quality food in railways, the passengers always complain about IRTC food. How the Shiv Sena person will know beforehand that the person is fasting or not. Many Muslims do not fast during Ramzan. If the canteen employee was not able to do his duties because of his religious fasting he should have taken leave.
