Speedy trial within one month and hang them as Justice katju used to suggest for criminals. For the higher ups and having positions of power this should be easier to prove and set an example for the masses.

Why vomit out now, Mr Katju?
by adam smith on Jul 21, 2014 01:03 PM  | Hide replies

Why is this man making charges now? Why did he keep quiet all these years? Was the reason self-preservation as the UPA was in power? Can he prove any of his allegations?

Knowing how Indian politics works, any and all of his allegations may be true. However, this man is known to suffer from foot-in-the-mouth disease.

You are wrong. Katju made this revelation at a very appropriate time. Remember disapproval of Gopal Subramaniam and inclusion of U U Lalith..

Exactly. This man is selective with truth.

It seems he desperately wants to be in the good books of BJP now that it is in power.

Please don't question his integrity to save the clowns in question. The names that are being targeted includes a person who subverted constitution by outsourcing the office of PM to an illiterate foreigner & another who used his vote on last as CJI to allow profit in billions to one of the brother by overruling decision of HC bench.

MMS & Sonia should be asked to respond in RS
by pradeep agarwal on Jul 21, 2014 01:00 PM  | Hide replies

It is a very grave charge & UPA stooges in parliament or media should not be allowed to divert the main issue by questioning the timin.Justice Katju may have his ways of seeking attention, however, none can question his integrity in judiciary. We all know of what one of the CJI in question did on his last day in office to benefit the biggest businessman in country by going against contents of parting agreement. He has also many other corruption charges pending in SC yet refuses to vacate a statutory body shamelessly.

Mr Agarwal,
The fact that he did not pillory the govt when he was on the bench of the Madras HC, brings his integrity in question?

However, better late than never.

Judiciary
by arungopal agarwal on Jul 21, 2014 12:57 PM  | Hide replies

Biggest proof of corruption is that Police and judiciary could not win the confidence of people. Our leaders never accept verdict of lower courts though they show their faith in judicial system. They speak lies.
Drastic reforms are needed to make judicial and Police corruption free.
