The news details do notjustify the news headline... not that we want to know anything which involves national security but the headline and the text are not consistent with each other, and the mystry remains...

Whats wrong with you. Don't u know that Diplomats are guided and instructed by MEA. There are several people exists in this world who are pessimist by nature and if every thing good happens and someone who they dont like is responsible for that good job they dont even have the courage to appreciate however they do have several old myths and kept on applying those things and assumption everywhere.

definitely diplomats have done a great job. But government did a great job in entrusting the negotiations to capable people and fully backing them. Actually this is how any government should be run, by letting people who know the job do the job.

P Gupta: Good point. Under the able leadership of Modi, the good things that you pointed out will happen.
Kudos to Modi. Had it been kongress in power, they would have handed over a large piece of India perhaps whole of Kashmir to ISIS for the release of the nurses.

P Gupta: BJP was in power? When? This is the first ever BJP govt in India you moron. But you would be hurt this time too as Indian citizens are rescued once again.
All credit goes to Modi Govt. for the release of Indian nurses -but we should wait with our finger crossed till the nurses are in Indian soil. Now the GOI should also try its best for the release of 39 Indian man kept hostage .In a TV report it was seen that even the Iraqi security forces are taking advantage of the Indian Nationals whose Passport are withheld by the Iraqi employer. Moreover I request the Indian Govt. to take up the issue of passport seizure of Indian National with the middle east countries which is very common .As the passport is property of Indian Govt.

dont forget that still some more captives. they r afraid of modiji. that is a big nonsense. seriously. those people r ready to die.then for wat they r afraid of? thats wat we normally afraid of.
Congress Party or even UPA or any Vocal member have not said anything on the issue targeting inadequate action from NDA. Let us only give due credit to NDA and its leader Mr Narendra Modi for this release. We hope that the Nurses shall return to India on Saturday, as planned.
This release could not have happened without the active participation of the GOI. The Govt should be congratulated for this. Their effort was subdued. They never allowed things in India to get out of control. Over the last few days, the media had slowly started to rake up this issue. To make matters worse, India does not have too much of control in the region. But, the GOI did not seem to loose its cool. Ultimately things worked out.
Too bad for the opponents of NDA. They have lost one issue on which they would have cornered the Govt for sure.
