First people like Sir Willaim Jones , Max Muller and many other western people who wrote articles about hinduism learnt Sankrit in Germany and other places and started to interpret scriptures via a limited knowledge and never ever visited India. Our Scholors like Tikal, Radhakrishnan read all this and were influenced in a wrong way. For Ex: Max Muller calls Garg Garh of temple as Womb house, Ashva meda Yagna as killing of horse. Infact the British created thier own Sankrit dictionary , for ex: Hiranya Garb means maya..but Max thought it was Golden Germ..
Unfortunately indians didnt know English when all this was published in 1800/1900's and after independence indian scholars are looking at this and laughing at the poor quality of the British Scholarship.
Now the western people like donkier...are referencing to such works and building on the previous poor quality/scholarship work...to get awards in the west. Sanskrit and its works is best analyzed by non materialistic poeple..Westerners least qualified in this aspect.
Some poeple say let debate the book...most certianly lets debate..but will the debate be published as a book?..certianly not..so the debate can be won and will fade away from public discourse where as a poor authership book will stay in public discouse for generation..

U stated that u read so many things abt hiduism in book u even was not knowing. Surprise thereis someone who at 1st thinks that there could be nothing unread and very delighted that wendy made the person enlightend.thesame person says hinduism is about myth. I sar this syz who have no daring to give identity is purposely propogating wrong things and not a hindu as claimed.

Logic has won, Law has won, Book has been proven as Trash. Don't argue with perverts for the sake of argument. Instead learn and share -- real Hinduism with people who want to develop and grow. Perverts will destroy themselves!

Of course I knew about Hndsm as much as YOU know about Hndsm. But how much is that fact versus myths? That was my point. I learned the real facts and could differentiate between facts and myths by reading her book. That is what I meant "I learned what I did not know being a Hnd". Hope you understand now.
The amerikan indians can list out books which needto banned even in america. The versions-interpretations by nonhindus have to be refuted on facts. The interpretation of cocepts of christanity would be diff by others bcause the Subject can not be understood by others who r not practising it. The concepts cannot be explained in language which has n no of limitations and no apt words. So those who try to read and understand from this lang cannot decipher the meanings. Here their bias perspective comes and so called secular self declared intellectuals shout on top of their voice as how the forign auther is right and right to expression. There is no fundamental right which can be pushed at the cost of damage to masses.

Since Nehruvian policy was liberal and believed in introspection & tolerance by Hindus, the world also started believing that Hindus needs to be tolerant but they did not apply this philosophy to their own culture or religion.
Liberals had their day in court and they got the judgment. Fighting perversion with truth and law to hold on to civilizational truths is needed. We need not reinvent the wheel again and again in the name of free for all. Then what's the point of things like the laws of physics which have been proven to be timeless, eternal truths. Do we have to distort everything, confuse people and take them backward again. Why do conservatives have to be termed as intolerant and liberals be perverts? Yes it is time we grow a spine, and deal with things logically and legally now. This has been a right move in the right direction.

While west is so concerned about being politically correct Wendy's book is not banned in USA is surprise.
Political correctness means: Be sensitive to the inferences people may read in to the words you choose.
Liberalism is not going to buy us anything or any respect in this world. Conservatism spread liberally is going to create wonders and achievements, pride and faith in our own selves and a huge self-belief. The belief of "yes, we can", as "yes, we did", and "yes, we can become" is going to become the driving force of pushing ourselves higher now. If you want life-long suffering and negativity, then choose liberalism. If you want real knowledge, pride, civilization, then choose conservatism. If you want creativity with stability, then choose a balance of both sides.
