Delhi is being defamed deliberately for facist prejudices, whereas none in Delhi is behaving in this manner, at least we could not find it, we feel it specifically whenever we are in Kashmir, or North East or Tamil Naidu etc.,
Shameless goons, beating up helpless women. NE students are generally peaceful and keep to themselves and live with their own groups. They usually do not antagonise local people. I am sure the assaulters will get away because there will not be any eyewitness. When the whole locality is the assaulter, they will protect each other. Should get Indo Tibetian Jawans to thrash these goons.
The above article, indeed highlights the highly hypocritical attitude of Indians who complains vociferously of racism and racist discrimination in the west and australia, and at the same time makes fun of the dark skin tone of visiting african students or tourists as well as racist discrimination against people from north-east.
It is this kind of hypocritical, disgusting behaviour and lack of character in the Indian mindset that is pulling India down to the depths.

Quick overwhelming retaliation might have the best effects on such people, whose kind are very common in the Indian region of Delhi, West U.P., Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan, and North M.P.
These are left over under developed people whose thought processes remain stuck at a primitive level since ancient times. They do not understand verbal language but have an elementary knowledge of the language of actions, such as beat or be beaten, break bones or have them broken, etc. It might be more fruitful to use the language they know than some more civilized modern verbal language with them.

In olden days, most of the wars were faught in and around Delhi. Delhi dweller live life in a daring way. The youngsters are not disciplined because some of their friend's father or relatives are in active politics. Therfore they dont fear doing crimes.
I Agree wid seagull,Not all, but most of hindi speaking ppk are racist towards others.strange thing is that these so called hindiwallas expect others to respect them.but i am happy at least that PUNJABIS ARE BROAD MINDED AND AN EXCEPTION TO HINDI SPEAKING NORTH INDIAND

north-east people were running away from Bangalore few months back .... I hope you remember.... Indians have become narrow minded in the last century due to illiteracy. the difference among is just fractional. but few think they are better and others are monkeys, just like gowdass.

Victimization is supposed to help weed out weak people and thereby strengthen the population, which it needed against foreign invaders. That might be the reason for such violent behavior being more common in North and West India. Pakistan's policy of uninhibited though aimless killing of Indians is possibly at least partly due to this habit.
Self regulatory bodies, self regulation, self imposed code are essential but not sufficient. There must be systems and institutions to control these unlawful, unconstitutional and hate driven actions. The kind of actions against north east which is integral part of our India and the Northeastners our fellow indian and brothers and sisters must be condemned and guilty must be booked and fastest way justice must be delivered. All those who think national must come forward.
In Chennai, thousands of people from Nepal,Nagaland,Manipur,Bihar and Orissa etc are working and living peacefully with the locals.In fact the entire state is running only because of them.If South could do this,why not North?
