Real Writers

One of the best stories on Rediff today.
I have read some of his works in Illustrated but understood little during school days. I wondered about this man , I still do it. He is a real writer not like the ones today. Like Manohar Malgaonkar writing comes to them easily.
I eagerly wait for the second part and the subtle humour.
Then I shall be his serious reader once again. Thanks Mr Bond !

I wish that Mr. Bond keeps writing as he has in the past. He is inspiring. I would be interested to see the next part of the interview soon.

My son lost due to Ruskin Bond
by Kewal Krishan Dua on Dec 19, 2014 12:20 PM

My son was studying in class IV at Riverdale School at Balbir Road, Dehra Dun. There was tie between my son and other student. Teacher asked a question, what is name of a world famous writer for children story books who lives in Mussoorie ? My son could not reply the question and lost as I had not not sufficient money to buy story books for my kids. Later after few years I met Ruskin at Mussoorie.
