While Uber has been suspended but what action is being taken against RTO and other persons who helped this rapist for easy money. Don't know how many more drivers are roaming in India.
They can't even find a pair of handcuffs to put on him, so a police officer has to hold his hands.. This is called a "police escort". No wonder criminals just walk out of jail.

every body blame the driver. But the whole problem is the failure of the system. He was charged with rape few years back and court gave him 6 months jail. Now again the court will give him one year jail or even may reject the case for want of proof. Now will all these shouting made will bring down the crime. You said his mother should also not talk to him. can you say no lawyer should argue his case. let us not fool our self. People should fear the law not respect the law. Can we make it.
