Till date no body was bothered above criminal in ministry. PM in UPA 2 was biggest criminal as proved by SC. Now since NaMo has come blame everything on him. What a biased country
It is the duty of the politicians to observe gherao, stage dharana with the group of people against the misdeed of the government of the day. If these cases are registered under unlawful dharana or obstructing duty of the public servent, let it be there. They may beguilty under Indian laws but they are doing the service of the people

Right ! Otherwise an AAP will not even exist, as it is a party of confirmed, self-proclaimed anarchists.
Indian politics are vicious and people file cases and accuse people of things solely attributable to vendetta. But being accused and being guilty are totally different. The media is wold out and doesnt talk of who the accusers are and if the evidence is solid. Instead they tarnish reputations.
Better than Italian dracula sucking blood of mother India. Better than crores of scams by Manmohan Singh. Better than people who keep mum on sabarmati train tragedy but selectively demonize the retribution.

When Italains kept criminals as minsters, corrupt and killers as ministers and party members supreme court did not object. Why the sudden change of heart. What about the cases pending against the Italains and their friends
This rule should apply while appointing/selecting new/future (ministers Central/State) as well as to Local bodies. Or else people should such candidates who have criminal cases pending in the courts.

According to this articles the SC opinion applies only to the Modi Govt and not state governments or it does not apply to earlier govts.
