If Shankarnarayan is really interested in serving the people of this country, why he is reluctant to go to Mizoram as Governors ? He don't mind his age and physical condition at the luxurious place like Mumbai but when it comes to Mizoram, people want to resign. Are they really care for the people of this country and specially for the people of North East India ?

How can the Central Government do this to such a poor, sincere and dedicated, 82-year-old senior citizen? At least transfer him to some place where he can enjoy bikini beaches.

This is the same senior citizen who did not give permission to CBI wanted to prosecute ex. CM of Maharashtra Ashok Chavan for his involvement in famous Adarsh Housing Scam. He was appointed by Congress to see their interest and not that the people of Maharashtra. All Congressmen always say they respect the judiciary but always become a hurdle to save thei favourite ones from the clutches of the law.

President is bound by the advise of council of ministers. No governors can stay in their position against the wishes of the government at centre. This is going on from years.
