it is quite obvious that hedley was an american spy on Indian land, his wife has several times told fbi and cia about her husband. and the intelligence was aware about works of hedley. but america has never tried to share intel with India in his visit. and India is so lame so as not to check the immigrants or track them. we should impose stricter checks of arrival of such person and their accounts.
