I am a big Modi fan... but am flabbergasted at whats happening in different sectors of India and how his own team members (BJP MPs) are flouting rules. You got to get a grip or else you are sending supporters to fence NaMo. At least send feelers that you are starting to do something about it.
For a country whose moorings are anchored in Ramayan and Mahabarath why un-necssarily discriminate people based on language and that too giving a dominant position to Videshi basha whom we fought against for 400 years ! Laws are made by politicians like Lallu,Mulayam,Sharad Yadav and Behanji. What they are doing in Parliament, the civil servants have to do out-side on the streets. To carry out their orders, Angrezi ka kya zaroorath hi ? When Lallu said in court that buffalow was carried in scooter to veterenary hospital or when a cattle weighing 200 kgs. was fed 400 kgs of fodder per day, no body asked about Qualitative or Quantitative analysis ! When Shibu Soren took 60 lakhs bribe for voting in Parliament, they said that you could not question the activity of an M.P. in the house ! When Rai Sab the CAG told that there was a loss of 3.75 lakh crores in 2 G un ko tho ullu banaya ! So all these tests under UPSC is un-necessary. Abolish UPSC . Absorb every body who has applied and give them a job like and Law & Order for people who burnt police jeeps and public vehicles. Those who removed their shirts must be given posting in the ministry of Culture. The same should apply to all posts in Armed Forces, Scientists,Doctors, Engineers and Sweepers !This ill also end discrimination between North and South as otherwise Mallus and Tamils will demand all papers in their language ! Already KCR is complaining that the No.of IAS officers from Telengana is sparse !

By giving in to the agitators the govt. has opened the Pandora's box, the box of troubles. Tomorrow there will be agitation for removing english from all competitive exams conducted at the all India level or conducting them in hindi. Will the govt. agree to it also? This govt. has promised to take country forward but in reality it is taking us backwards.

Absolutely.
and worse, 10 years from now, the agitating batch of 2014 will be officers in high positions. Removing English from everywhere possible will be something future government bureaucrats are going to enjoy doing.
Our Great Leap Backward has only just started, it is sad to see it happen.

Police already have it.. Have courage and come in front of these people you will regret your name
The government has its eyes on the upcoming UP election and took a decision which is going to have lot of repurcussions. English has been the link language for so many years. Our constitution has also understood the necessity of english language and recommended it as the language to be used in govt. offices in non hindi speaking states. So,You can not do away with english completely. When countries like China, Japan have realised the fact that without the knowledge of english progress in all fields is not possilble and their students have started learning eng. we are taking a regressive step. When an IAS aspirant can not answer some 20 marks or so in eng. in the preliminary exam how is he going to answer for 300 marks in the same language in the final. Ultimaely there will be a protest for removing this also. Will the govt. agree to this also? It is ridiculous to protest for scrapping the eng. test which is of class X std. All these aspirants must be having post graduation degrees. Still they say they can not comprehend X cl. eng. By demanding the exam to be scrapped they their low self confidence. When a person doesn't have confidence in his or her own ability how can he lead the nati?
Though english may be preferred language, why TPS is worried about Indian language? Does progress halts if u use national language? Does Russians or Chinese or Japanease use english...even their supremos? Atal Bihari Bajapayeeji used Hindi in UN, was it wrong? Nothing goes wrong.

Don't compare those countries with India. Those countries have only one language unlike India where more than 25 languages are being spoken. So this comparison is irrelevant.

There is a misconception that Hindi is the National Language. All major languages in India are listed as National Languages (Rashtra Bhasha). Hindi and English are presently treated as Official Languages (Raaj Bhasha)

There is no such thing as national lang in India. You cant learn English, but cant you even learn some basic facts about our country's constitution? And you are talking about Nation and what not! You guys cant learn any language other than Hindi, and you want the whole of India to learn the only language you are capable of learning?
We should treat languages equally... over the period of time we started respecting people just because they knew English. This is slave mentality. The need for language knowledge should be appreciated based on requirement and not as a social status.
if not then bjp will be kicked hard too...modi speaks in hindi and intends to do so in hindi at un too so why not work hard for ensuring as un official language in UN
