Definitely BJP has ideological proximity to RSS and many members are the Sevaks of the Sangh.So,it is but natural the thought process of RSS will have its share of influence on the govt.machinery.So far as the policy decisions taken by the givt.are not detrimental to the progress of the country and engulfing all the sections of our country it doesn't matter much from where the advices and suggestions are coming from.Any how,RSS is not an ogre as leftists and some communal organisations propagate,
Where were these intelectuals questioning now, WHEN UPA's every single act from miniscule to mega - by one single family? If Modi is guided by RSS idealogues, then he is being guided into right path only. As the rhetoric goes, RSS never even think anything detrimental to the unity of the nation and inclusiveness of development. They will never cheat minorities in particular like congress has done for decades. Time will tell the truth about RSS.

The UPA activities were not confined to "one single" family. Due to its inherent weakness the alliance had to give free reign to Marans,Kalmadis,Didis and Ammas.
Modi is just a face. Actaually RSS The thousand head R-One is impleamenting its philosophy of India as Hindu Rastra and donot believe in Bharat but want it to be Mahabharat.Several of RSS faces look Similar to doctrined to make a unipolar religeous world.What happent to them will happen with them . RSS is not an outside agency this is an organisation of the majority living in india.We are ruled by mugals & britishers for 800 years now also you want to continue all these. Really we are very kind and donate our country to outsiders.

RSS started BJP as its political wing to defeat Congress and capture power. Modi was a long term RSS pracharak. I'm happy that RSS is running the Modi govt. Kick out Italian Mafia
Only oppurunist like Natwar singh do have a feeling or saying about Dual Power system in previous UPA Govt.,
WE read News such as American Govt is run by Israels Intelligence, Pakistan is run by ISI, Arab States run by the Islamic Clergies and many other countries many have separate think tank.
I feel let us have a disciplined organization who could direct the Govt., to stay alert and stay away from corrupt practices.
keep soldiering on with their chorus that their organisation is committed to serving the motherland at a grassroots level. They never tire of repeating that their comrades are often seen helping victims of natural disasters.
It is then an irony that such an organisation which wears it's own variety of aggression/militancy on it's sleeve and claims it stands distant from political ambition or material desires has not done or said the slightest against arguably the greatest menace Indian commoners face today - namely corruption in public offices.
Like other religious/quasi religious organisations that perhaps number in the hundreds in India today, the RSS too maintains a deafening silence on the issue of corruption. Even if it has had something to say or do about it, it has taken care not to direct it's cadre power squarely against corruption or the corrupt. It is quite tempting for the common man who is plagued by the overwhelming presence of knavery in all it's forms in society to dream that some such organisation that has the required clout will drive the fear of retribution into the hearts of those millions of babus, politicians and big businesses that steal at will and then strut around in society with the loot.
How easy it would be for the commoner to fantasise that men from some such organisations would make the lowly village officer, RTO brake inspector, police SHO, tahsildar, deputy collector, sales tax officer, income tax officer, revenue dept. clerks/officer

But no, such an exercise would surely mean the loss of a very big section of the RSS cadre. For, the pursuit of inanities such as 'cultural nationalism', etc. surely can be trusted to fetch far better returns than attempting to tackle corruption - something akin to budging the himalayas ?

RSS is a voluntary organisation doing charitable work,why the so called sicular people are finding faults with it.Just because the conversion agents in India are unable to convert, they are slinging mud upon the RSS.

Very True. Modi Managing the Govt., in the same fashion as MMS managed the Govt.
Earlier as it is widely publicized before elections that MMS was the front man and Remote was under the control of Sonia - Rahul, NOW the front man is Modi and the Remote is under the control of RSS.

MMS and Modi can't be compared. Modi is a mass leader who won election on his own and he has his own vision for the nation. MMS's job was execute Sonia's wish. RSS can only advise Modi but I doubt that self made leaders like modi can be remote controlled.
