Do you know what is unemployment?
by Rakesh Gupta on May 30, 2014 03:12 PM  | Hide replies

Employment just cannot be getting a salary of 5000/1000 as with inflation this does not serve the purpose. First one needs to define unemployment correctly.

In Bangalore, they are not even ready to pay 5000 to 10000 Rupees despite Inflation for a Graduate, they are so stingy and narrow minded.

No wonder India is a Poor Third World Nation, Growth is only for Engineers, Doctors, IIM's and other highly qualified people.

unemployment Problem in India
by amitabha chaudhuri on May 30, 2014 02:53 PM

By reducing upper age limit u cannot solve the problem like unemployment. We have to generate job. Now question is how? I think we should manufacture our own needs. India is a very big market, without producing ourselves why we r importing from outside countries, like China. If we produce most of house hold item etc then lot of workshops required and lot of employment will generate. This way we can solve our employment problem.

Private employee dissatisfaction level rises a lot because of less salary with more responsibility to lower level employee causes disatisfaction. Government should make steps for equilibrium of salary with responsibility.

LOWER THE RETIREMENT AGE IN GOVT AND PVT SECTOR
by shailendra negi on May 28, 2014 07:42 PM

1. The government and even private sector employee's retirement age should be reviewed and brought down to56 or 58 years. As it was before . A senior employee at this age group is at the height-est pay scale and draws about 3 to 4 times more salary than the entry level employee. While this can help Govt and Pvt sector create more jobs more positions with same or lower cost , a few enterprising Retiree's can also join the bandwagon by starting some new ventures.
2. The govt and pvt sector also needs to address the serious concerns of heavy cost of Housing, Hospitalization and rising cost of living to be faced by the retiree's .
