enabling local environment, from climate, availability of land, power, other infrastructure, good law & order, ease of doing business, avoiding unfair and tough laws, etc. most important to attract businesses to invest and create new jobs. high onus on governments to do so, business will then follow. from mohan rajan

Govt dis incentivised sme sector, made all large corp laws applicable to sme's,removed Sasi benefit Land prices Hv skyrocketted For ssi it is foolish to run as banks are giving better rate of interest than what one can invest and earn and face 23 inspectorates&licence renewals There should be tax breaks, life time licences etc should be implemented Govt officers visits should be preconfirmed
In Nizamabad No Big Industries & Companies established Due to which Nizamabad is having low Employment
Most of the Nizamabad citizens are working in Hyderabad In Industries like IT, Marketing, Accounting & Bpo etc
I wish Govt has to Identify the Major sectors in which Nizamabad people were working in Hyderabad & has to establish those job related industries & companies in Nizamabad for increasing the employment in Nizamabad
By doing so We can also control the people migration to Hyderabad city for employment, As the city is hard for living with full of population, High rent's,water scarcity, Air pollution & full of traffic...
Let us see how this advantage of being young is properly utilised, so far govt. is not reducing retirement age at least of class III and IV employees, they retire in army around the age of 40, rather duration of courses are increased such i.e. 4 years graduation course etc., earlier it used to be 2 years.
What do we mean by employment. There are various types of work. When lifestyle changes, many aspire for a job where work is less but pay should be more. When there is inflow of workforce from other States, it is difficult to evaluate the number of unemployed. If you take the case of security guards in a State you can see many eligible people of that State are not in that job. Pay parity, education parity etc. have to take into account for assessing the situation.
As per my knowledge there is no unemployment problem in our country. Where as we are having employment problem. Now a days it is very difficult to get workers even for house hold jobs, electrican, plumbers, mason, daily wage labour, drivers, agriculture labour etc. All this is because of the wrong government policies.
