population explosion is not the reason.It is really shame on the respective state & central govt. who are ahead of everyone in imposing taxes on public but most backward in undertaking social responsibility.Most of the public money is siphoned out by corrupt politicians/bureaucrats/corporates,almost nothing is left out for taking care of weaker sections of our society.

well said, it is all because of Congress. They don't want to give education, so that illiterate people keep voting them and their vampirism continues.

When rulers r busy in scams and depositing money overseas, what else will happen? People like Sonia, Rahul, Priyanka r seen just before elections only like seasonal migratory birds, indulging in dramas and gimics to fool the public
Time to ban child marriage and control population first. Any bill banning child(teenage) marriage and controlling population will be very useful. Because population and poverty are inter-related to each other. Our people must realized that those who can not feed food their children from their own money, they must not breed children.
In all developed countries almost all citizens are well paid irrespective of their jobs whether they work in the fields or driving or cleaning public place or cutting hair(barber) etc., But in India some people are discriminating people based on their jobs or caste and paying very less for their work. Due to many people become poor. In India, main reason for poverty is due to under-payment system. First society should pay proper salary to poor for their work. Many people discriminate some people based on their caste or type of work which they are doing and pay very less to them. If we started paying them good amount of salary, then they can survive from their own income. Another main reason for poverty is mainly due to attitude of person. If one person is not interested to any work, then he and his entire family will become poor. There are few parents who send their children for begging in public places and they eat from the collected money. I have seen these kinds of incidents many times. But I don't know whether you have seen or not. Unfortunately India has some amount of these kinds of people. PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING PROVERB; Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.

There are two Indias living in our motherland. one is really developing second one is poor, no opportunites,dalits, tribals,rural,uneducated, slaves of all sinful activites.
one part of politician, bureaucrats and administrators must look after developing part,projects,industry security and all infrastructure of India. The second group of devoted Ministers, devoted IAS officers, Administrators, Social Workers, Social Activists,and proffesionals from all the fields i.e. health,edu.socio,economic,sanitation,housing,nutrition,vocations, skill development,employment, and devoted citizens from the all the Religions specially Christian society must be involved in the developmental process of Tribal and poor India. I am sure, in the Mighty name of The Almighty, the TRIBAL, DOWNTRODDEN, POOR AND NEEDY WILL SHINE LIKE THE CITY ON THE HILL TOP.... IS THERE ANYBODY WHO UNDERSTANDS THE WORD? ...IF NOT, THE DAY OF JUDGMENT WILL COME UPON US SHORTLY, AS THE TIME IS AT HAND. SO WAKE UP INDIANS.

Please check, which part of India it is from? I mean they are from area where literacy rate is very low. and population is very high. The state leadership has always suppressed education. As education may create problem for them. So think a bit.

No. That is incorrect. The RBI governor does not have power over the government. He can not order any thing.
RBI is an independent org. And it is incorrect to float rumors like this.
Am no big fan of the congress party. But it is the sccoundrels like Digvijay SIngh, Pawar, Tiwari which made the party bad. Otherwise I think they are ok.
