Dear sir she did not understand it is molestation. By seeing the Cut and paste show of channels then only it was branded as molestation. I mean during the act no one including Menon sweta did not understand molestation is going on.

It was because R R Patil was HM of Maharashtra, who happens to be NCP person. Now NCP also wants to take up some agendas to show the people that they are also part of the Maharashtra government along with Congress.

The actress' credibility is questionable as she even video recorded the birth of her child and it was leaked in the media also. You can understand her mentality. For cheap publicity this type of ladies can go to any extreme... Proper investigation shall be carried out before concluding anything. first of all , the so called birth video does not show anything obscene , it only shows face. Secondly, the video of the event clearly shows the MP moving towards the actress, intentionally rubbing his shoulder against her shoulder, and the actress looking at him shocked . An MP at a public event is expected to behave as a gentleman to everyone, even prostitutes.

I disagree with Sangeetha, Even I was elbowed and touched by women in buses and trains, can I file molestation cases on them? If you happen to touch someone due to crowd pressure or accidently that does not mean any molestation.
