Its all about money honey
by Anand Upadhyay on May 23, 2013 10:11 AM

Its an old adage that goes something like "there are a few rotten apples". But with regard to Indian cricket it seems the whole orchard has got rotten. And no marks for guessing what happens next, the big fish fries the small fish and the masses have a field day. Somewhere the businessmen, businesswomen, owners, big barons, small barons, bhai's and oops i missed out bhen's, sponsors, partners, broadcasters, helpers, fixers, bookers, movers and shakers along with their PR, media, publicity, stunt, propaganda, hawala, black and white managers, agencies will be working round the clock to put everything in order for IPL 7 which will be grander, bolder, bigger, badder, blacker, sleazier take place.
Public, well a week later everything is normal, biologically we cant remember so many bad things happening all around, all over by so many people again, again and again.
Somebody was right, it is all about money, honey.... cheers!

spot fixing and the big names.

Ever since the BCCI has acquired the N.Srinivasan as the chairman and the franchise owner in the IPL a matter of conflict of interest, the reputation of BCCI is going down the drain. The SC has rightly called BCCI to amend its ways in handling its affairs.CSK and RR are both negligent in assessing the damages the spot fixing scandal is doing to them. After the IPL 6 many more arrests will be made after a sustained interrogation. For Rajiv Shuklas and Srinivasans the party is coming to an end.

it is the case with all scams in India big go scot free and smaller ones ulled up. Govt. is
resp onsible for this. Unless invesigating agencies are allowed to function independently things will not improve. It will be tamasha all along and media will also abet the big ones.

Let Gujarat Police also
by Vivek Shukla on May 23, 2013 08:53 AM  | Hide replies

Let Gujarat police also start its own investigation.

Delhi police and Mumbai police are both under influence of the ruling Congress. It is natural that they would be asked to keep those names under wraps which are close to the party.

Involvement and investigation by the police of opposition state will show us complete picture.

Spot/match fixing

Why talk abt 3 persons? I feel sports administrators are also involved in betting and organizing the same.Police should find details abt these people. Players can not do this without the blessing of these guys. Police should find out how much was paid to the bowler of RCB who bowled the last over against CSK, when CSK needed 2 runs from 1 ball and this bowler sent a no ball and batsmen also took a run. Bowler's foot was at least 10 inch away from crease, which you can do knowingly.BCCI should be banned.

It is difficult to judge if it is intentional or genuine no ball.
