You have a point,however,people may still ditch them after getting paid via cash transfer& MANREGA for their activities that can be t best called nefarious.
Anyone with a dumb-wit brain knows that UPA will find it difficult to come back to power.....as it seems.But lets not count chickens before even the eggs are layed.

if UPA manages to win the next elections, it will mean they can do everything thats against law, rules,conventions, can alter reports, can loot for ever but people's poor memory will be exploited and their slave tendecny will be in full view
Even for Congressman, it is not difficult to see the writing on the wall--they are being viewed by public as plunderers let loose, how can the public support them. The party leadership should think of teaching a lesson to congmen by depriving them of power, and announcing party is not willing to fight next year elections.
The survey seems logical with following sub-totals of current NDA:-
BJP-160 JD(U)-20 Akali-10 Shiv Sena-15 ------------- Total 205
Now they need another 70. Jayalalitha(25) Didi(15) Naidu(10) add another 50.Then the going gets tough.Because Jagan Reddy may not join BJP Led government.
So overall chances are NDA will form the government, alright, but PM is likely to be non-BJP man--and that puts smiles on the face of Nitish Kumar.Nitish can bring together Jagan and Naveen Patniak.

BJP'S last best performance in near about 121, and if it incease by 25 % then it moves to 151......so please dont be so optamistik.....beacause BJP face only 330 seats nation wide......
We know only one thing, if this time, BJP does not get chance, country will come to stand still, it is very difficult for a corrupt to keep another corrupt outside the domain. Congress has looted for 10 years rather majority of time in last 65 years without hringing any reforms, now chance to others without bringing any reforms.
FOR THE BENEFIT OF NATION BOTH BJP AND CONGRESS SHOULD SHARE THE POWER EACH 2.5 YEARS SUPPORTING EACH OTHER FROM OUTSIDE. THE REGIONAL PARTIES(FAMILY RUN) DMK/NCP/AJIT/SP/JDU-SECULAR/MUSLIM LEAGUE/MIM ETC WHICH IS HAVING 5-10 MPS WILL BE THROWN OUT OF THREATENING THE GOVT (NOT BALE TO TAKE FIRM DECISIONS AND IMPORTANT POLICIES). IT MAY BE A TOUGH PROPOSAL. BUT FOR THE WELFARE OF THE NATION BOTH BJP AND CONGRESS SHOULD THINK DIFFERENTLY AND FACE THE PARLIMENT ELECTION.OTHERWISE DAILY A NEW REGIONAL PARTY WILL ARAISE AND NO STABLE GOVT CAN BE FORMED. MINOR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BJP AND CONGRESS IS ONLY THE PERCEPTION OF SECULARISM. BESIDES IN THE ELECTION THERE SHOULD NOT BE NO-FREE BEES SINCE ALL FREE BEES ARE TAX PAYERS MONEY. ANY BUDGET SHOULD BE ONLY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE/CLEAN AND GROWTH ORIENTED PROJECT ONLY.LET US PUT ALL THE FAMILY RUN REGIONAL PARTIES FAMILY RUN IN THE DUSTBIN AND LOOK FORWARD FOR A CLEAN INDIA.
No use of all these surveys. Congie agents are in Election Commission and other bodies. Besides the Electronic Voting Machines have most likely been fixed to let congies win. Chidambaram's election is a case in point. NDA will have to get 10% more votes just to retain their existing seats due to the likely fixing of EVMs.
If UPA/Congress gets even 136 seats, the must be viewed as a miracle ! That will surely mean that we in India are still a people who can be bought easily and can vote for the most corrupt bunch of people, and let them carry on looting the country and making billionnaires of themselves. If great people like Anna and Kejriwal along with their colleagues have stirred the innermost conscience of Indians, Congress/UPA should not get a single seat more than half the number of their ministers in N. Delhi or in States. Even that should be the outcome because of poverty of the voters.

Agree with Daniel. I am sure Arvind Kejriwal will take wind out of Sheila Dixt's sails. Kejriwal is liked by India and loved by Delhi. The arraogance of people like Manish Tiwari and cunningness of people like Sibbal and and rubbish talks of people like Digvijay Singh will certainly bring dooms day for UPA (Congress) if LS polls are held early. The only relief for this most corrupt Govt of Indian History is bikerings among BJP leaders. They are still busy in pulling the legs of their only Hope Narendra Modi. But Rajnath Singh seems to be convinced and making concerted effots to bring Modi on the centre stage. This will proove decisive in elections. Moreover polarisation of majority votes is also a possibility watching the balatant minority appeasement policies of Central Govt, UP Govt, Laloo (whole of India saw him shamelessly wearing an Islamic cap in Patna rally and mostt of all the Kerala Government and now Karnatak allowing open slaughter of cow and its porgies as well as giving all impt posts and facilities to minorities in their administration. Above all Shahi Imam rushing in the defense of a terror suspect has further added fuel to the fire. This polarisation can take place only when Modi is declared PM candidate by NDA. Nitish will too have no wayout but to fall in line.
