Not everyone has to throw stones or rebel. There are people specially trained to do the job. They are called "Soldiers". There is a entity called "Defense". A Country is supposed to take action when it's security is breached.
If Diplomacy didnt work, then force is required. Bullies always takes advantage of Submissive people.
India Claims that it's army is the third largest in the world.
Why is it afraid of a platoon of 40 chinese soldiers.

Anyways, the point here is to ensure that the diplomatic policy needs to be brought under sccrutiny to ensure that the defense forces are not in a dilemma when there is similar incursions in future.
Yeah... Government should please share the intelligence reports, action taken reports and possible action plans with the media so that they can make some in the name of interests of the people. Time for a regulator of all kinds of media before it becomes a monster.
