Terrible judgement
by drax on May 10, 2013 03:34 PM  | Hide replies

Ridiculous that Sanju has to goto jail. After all he is secular. A new law must be made such that seculars can blast as manyinnocents as possible without risk of arrest. After all secularism is the only important thing in India.

Now you will see emotionally charged Mahesh Bhatt, ex justice Katzu and bolywood fraternity playing emotional dramas on national media.Fail to understand why this special treatment to a convict, had he exposed the Mumbai blast planning about which he was aware of , he would have been considered as real hero but he was conniving with terrorists who killed hundreds. This is for very light punishment, he(sanjay ) should have been awarded life imprisonment!!

In any other respectable country, persons like Sanjay Dutt who even after being convicted by court has been in touch with underworld, would have been hanged by now. But this is India, we have so called honurable touts like Katzu promoting his case.

Why to blame only Katjus & Bhatts? Aren't we all responsible for making him a hero? Have any of us bycotted his movies with his ideotic acting.

Katju can not complain himself against rejection of review petition as he himself had never changed his own decisions and rejected almost all the review petitions against his judgements.

Jail Term
by Vipin Sinha on May 10, 2013 03:16 PM  | Hide replies

So Sorry to know that Sanjay Dutt will have to go jail. The Crime committed by him when situation was very grim & risky and any 22 Year old would have fallen for it if he was supposed to guard his sisters. The court should have taken this in to the consideration and should have punished him for the amount of tyerms which he has already spent in jail.

do u understand the seriousness of the crime just because he is an actor he should be left free. By the way he was 34 yrs old when he committed the crime. Its because of people like you these guys are getting undue importance

Why are we indians so crazy about film actors? I feel veruy sorry not for Sanju baba but for the fact that he has to spend only 5 years and should have been a lot more, it would definitely have been much more if he was not Sanju baba which is very sad. Different yardsticks for different people. At the same time cheers to Supreme Court for atleast holding on to this term

The person who has link with the underworld like Sanjay who already had three licenced fire arms need not have to take any protection for himself. on the contrary, other people has to protect themselves from him

By the way he was not 22 rather 33 at that point of time. Secondly, evena 22 years old 'kid' knows difference between an AK 56 and ordinary gun.
What for he was having Hand granades? To save his family???? What rubbish....
