Country is not useless.It is useless people like you who have elected useless government.
If congress government cannot stick to the oath which they have taken while forming government that they will protect the people and the land.Then i think they should quit and make other people who can deliver the results.Gone are those days where people used to get convinced by false promises.New generation people need action rather than giving false promises.Really have to check with courts whether any case can be filed against government for not sticking to the promises which they take while talking positions
Cononel, You have pointed about the mistake made by the then Govt of India. Could you please elaborate it. I am in confusion now. Do you mean that India made a mistake by the Operation carried out in Kargil? Do you think that India would have bagged Pakistan to fall back?
Government of India was involved in the killing of tamils in Tamil ellam. Government of india didnt do anything when srilankan army killed Tamildnadu fisherman. Still this is continuing.
So we from tamilnadu dont have an option of supporting China.
Let china invade india and make india into pieces.

China is a super power, we like it or shut our eyes is our problem. We along with other countries have made china powerful by importing their goods at cheap price and flooding our markets, there by causing closure of industries in our country, loss of jobs, foreign exchange loss and making them rich. Rich will always engage into somthing to show their status. Chaina is preparing to take on the US for future, tickling India is the first step. They are strategically sorrounded us, talk of war from us is a stupidity, only looks good on TV and in our AC rooms not at -20 temperature where the actual war will be faught. Col is correct in pointing the non importance of this conflict. Infact we must start using and linking tibet to resolve our dispute and peace with chaina, seek recognisation of arunachal Predesh as our part, and let go our regidity on other issues. We till now don\'t have an effective chaina policy.

SUPER POWER NATION is the one whom the world lookd at for hep assitance will & can china assist They are only interested in their economy - it will never assist any nation in trouble wud china get involved like usa when saddam took over kuwait ??
To be super power that nation needs guts & support from other nations China close freinds are north korea & pakistan
Very well written, but unfortunately the media and the opposition are not helping the nation build a mature long term response, which must involve some give and take. The opposition today is using the same rhetoric that Pt Nehru used. I am not pro or anti any particular channel but all those interested in this subject must not watch CNN IBN or Headlines Today. Please watch the coverage by NDTV especially Nitin Gokhale and Surya Gangadharan. They are knowledgeable and rational in letting all viewpoints equal weightage in ghis debste.

Any form of incursion is that itself - incursion. You call a snake as cobra or cobraji, it will always remain deadly and is bound to strike (Gu Shi Kumar Shinde, does that ring a bell?)

Well said. Why is the media dominated by left and pro-Pak and pro-Chinese elements? What is 'reasonable' give and take? Shall we surrender every piece of land where grass does not grow? Is the Col plain stup1d or a Chinese agent?
