Modi is incorruptible and Savior of people..He was born is poor family and served tea for his living..Despite being born in backward caste and faced abuse from corrupt, selfish people..he has heart of love, compassion and purity..English media and congressmen mostly advocate are using law degree for protecting their corrupt and ruthless activities..They cannot tolerate GGod fearing person..Muslims knows that CONmen who wear their head gear or topi don't really care for them..It is only photo ops and fake sentiment..You judge people by what he does not what he pretend by wearing or acting...He will reveal his Divine mission soon for all Shia , Hindus and others persecuted one..He is the word of GGod to usher new era of prosperity to downtrodden....Pray for forgiveness to Father is heaven..Time is running out...Many more heartrending events will unfold..You still have time

Congress Govt. is trying their best to undermine Modi’s popularity among the public by brining in new cases against the Gujarat Govt. They are utilizing CBI to investigate Ishrat case as if no police encounter took place in the past in the Congress ruled states. During the Emergency period Professor T. V. Eachara Varier’s son Rajan died in police custody when Late K . Karunakaran was home minster in Kerala. In this case , no CBI enquiry was ordered, neither was Karunakaran arrested. In this encounter killing, the parents did not get even the dead body of their son. Police said he was a naxalite who took part in a police station attack. After the arguments and counter-arguments, the High Court acquitted all the three police officers. First question in Ishrat case is: why a 19year old Muslim girl should travel with male members in a car at night far away from her home/college? What business did she have in Gujarat, of which her family seems to be unaware? Paid Media propaganda in such cases will last till the general election. When Siddhartha Sanker Ray was Chief Minister of West Bengal he gave free hand to police to wipe out Naxalite movement and there is no account of the number of false encounters which took place in those days . No action was taken against the CM. Will the local police keep quiet if they got information that terrorists are coming

Good idea! Why not? Nothing new! Remove each and every nationalist from the scene so that India can be looted more freely.

btw India is a country of law which is technically always available to protect the teerorists and their sympathizers. Is there any law to protect the innocent and hold those who rule the country responsible? Or, is it ok for the ordinary person to be teerorized because the law cannot find the teerorists and the government has other important issues at hand?

The whole country should know about this conspiracy by congress to sell Indian kashmir to pakistan. Modi is the only hurdle.

Someone asked me are you a fool to suggest that Congress will do this? Of course I am not, but I doubt the cerebral integrity of the person asking this question. Which congress? The congress of today is not the congress that led the indian independence movement. THis is not even the congress of nehru or indira or rajeev, as bad as they were.

this is the congress of sonia. this is a christian-muslim cartel. everyone in the position of power, sonia, jogi, digvijay, many other CMs and cong satraps are christian and are anti-national. how can congress supporting indians think they will take care of indian interests?

Whether they were really jihadis or not is a separate issue. The current issue is whether the encounter is real or fake. Law, which represents the opinion of majority of this country, doesn't permit fake encounters, even if they were jihadis.

There is a good reason as to why Modi lovers cannot give true judgement. Mature and bright minds have created the law and courts for right seasons. It is lame duck thinking to believe that justice can be imparted by doing things outside the law. Courts are there and processes are in place so that true and complete facts can be brought to the notice of the court. Based on that, smart people can pass judgement as to whether the so-called jihadis are indeed terrorists or not. This so-called justice can be lopsided and irreversible damage could happen to people if things are decided outside the court. Also, if things are being decided outside the court, the aggreived party can resort to its own ways of implementing justice. Another important aspect to this outside-court justice is that people like police in the above case can have their personal selfish agenda - sometimes a political one and that can work as a motivation to give justice outside the court. Mature minds realize that it has got nothing to do with justice but it is only to fulfill their own personal agenda - which is, promotions and rewards for the police and political growth for Modi in the above case.

Another significant implication of giving justice outside the court is that the truth will never come out in public. As we have seen in the above case, we will never know whether Ishrat was a terrorist or not. Since the Police and Govt has committed grave atrocities on Ishrat by killing her and others, they have complete vested interest in proving that Ishrat is indeed a terrorist and there is no other angle to that story, i.e, she is not innocent and police and govt. doesn't have a personal agenda here. In this kind of atmosphere, we, the general public will never know the truth. The police is supposed to act as an instrument for the court to seek truth. But, once it takes a certain position and takes irreversible action as above i.e, killing Ishrat, it becomes a party by itself to the whole episode. And, it would go to any extent to claim that what they have done is correct and Ishrat indeed was a terrorist and killed in true encounter. The police should never become a party and get itself involved deeply and take an extremely rigid stance. Once it does so, there is no scope for getting any justice or no scope for us public to know the truth. Anyway, the police has done grave atrocities on Ishrat by killing her in fake encounter and now they are all out to prove that they are on the right side. We do not expect any better output from them. The guilty policemen should be punished so that in future at least public would not be deprieved of knowing the truth.
