he didnt supported death for rapiest...he dont know how the victim lives and her fear of society and if she know that the culprit is still alive...Verma should be given the same pain with a red hot rod...then he will agree for death sentence for rapiest...
Role of police , politician , people and media are being discussed in the overall discussion of rape and subsequent death of Delhi girl. We should also discuss the role of judiciary. Judges are also delivering bogus judgment and acquitting the accused irregularly. No body can make single argument against the judgments even if knowing that there is some thing wrong in the judgment. It has been heard/well known that judges of higher judiciary are involved in corrupt practices ( as in the case of some high court judges of Punjab & Haryana and West Bengal ). Some time back Delhi high court acquitted one murder accused noting that there was another person present at the scene of crime and police had not recorded his/her statement. This is just a mockery reason of acquittal of accused. The court should also be given responsibility of ordering line of investigation of ensuring the concrete reason of conviction or qcquittal. Here as described in the above example of high court case , I will suggest that before acquitting the accused , the high court should have ordered to get recorded the said persons statement who was present in the scene of crime ( In the eyes of the court). Is this really required ? Hasn't medical science developed enough ? Cong. seems to have worked it all out give money to the girl's family bin the Verma report , public memory is too short!!
Let everyone understand that it is not the law but the system that needs change. Changing law will only get honest men get into trap of honey pots !!
Death punishment is not suitable for rape cases. But Rape murder, it can be death punishement.
In most of rape cases, the culprit will repent. This should be used and he should be made to work for social awareness causes. Remove all criminals from politics
Death punishment wont help the coutry... It is emotional thinking.. not logical.
There should be strict laws against vulgar film stars, models, cheap simulative dressed women, and of course ban on the foreign adopted boy-girl friends culture, live-in relations etc…. which are some of the basic reasons for crimes against women, The govt. should stop giving awards to things like “dirty pictures” which gives wrong impression to public about the sincere intentions of the Govt., NCWs, Women’s cell to care uphold dignity of women in the society.
We do not want any justice advice or recommendation, common sense must prevail to our leaders that we all Indians who are 125 crore cannot afford trial and error method, all criminals including rapists must be hanged. Heaven will not fall. Why tax payers money should be spent in keeping them in jail. No one wants them, if anyone wants them let him bear their living expenses. All criminal cases must be settled within one year time, else judge concerned must be sacked.

100% right.. these Varma does not know many things, who will pay food bill for all these criminals? we dont have money for food to poor people.. he should be punished for giving wrong ideas.

culprits should not be allowed to sit idle in Jail. They should be made to work for different causes and profitable works.
