why photos of only males shown? you speak about equal rights to women, then why cannot the young females join politics?

finally, why didn't you join politicis? did you ask your children to join?

Because youth don't have Money Bags
by candidreview on Jan 18, 2013 11:20 PM

Face it lot money is required in electoral process. Even if there are Youth with good idea(s) who wants to participate in elections, who will fund them?.
None of the Corporates who are willing to donate money to main stream parties will not will donate them.

Don't forget there are inherited youth in politics: Son's and daughters of Gandhi's Scindia's, Pilots, Deora's,Pawars, Yadavs, yedurappas, Gowda's, Naidu's, Reddy's, Stalins,sangma's......
They are elected representatives because their parents reserved a seat for them. Even though they are highly educated, unfortunately they pledge allegiance to their parties in spite of party proposing a bad idea(s).

Because of goondaism in politics
by anand datar on Jan 18, 2013 08:13 PM  | Hide replies

Youth is fed up of goonda raaj in politics ! What is politics ? The one who has more goondas, rule the politics. Do they do any good work ? Help the nation to prosper ? Educate people to keep cleanliness of public places ? Educate people not to commit heinous crimes like rapes, child abuse, frauds etc ? After parents, the political leaders are the ones who impress people the most. So their responsibility towards society is much more than what they are doing right now, exposing each others' scandals and nothing else. We need clean characters in politics. It is said that 'politics is dirty', yes, but it should not be above the interests of the nation. The nation comes first.

Let me say what would bring the youth to the poitics.
by Ravi on Jan 18, 2013 08:07 PM

Utter desparation caused by joblessness, recession, lawlwssness, unbearable debt per family will certainly bring about revolution and start infusing young blood in the politics.

Crash course:
I a fast paced world India should be massively attacked by China or other foreign power to bring about the same level of desparation put together by all the internally generated circumstances above.

What she has done so far other than writing provocative novels and misguiding the youth? Irresponsible senior citizens like her should be banned from expressing their opinion about any serious national issues.
