insurgent is daily matter, so why cant u behead them? why blame pakistan? have u seen any pakistani soldiers to do that?
what is possible, u will not do, so why divert the issue to pakistan and accept them to agree, whereas flexible visa rule also not banned and from today, it is started effective!
so, neither u r taking any action against pakistan nor insurgent but giving them more opportunity to come to india and just to fool the public, u both r doing lip service, what might have communicated to pakistan also, not to be angry!
Yes Dharma cannot be maintained without punishing the culprits. Therefore Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Shivaji Maharaj kept in hand Dharma and another hand arm to punish the anti nationals. Even to save Secular India, no one should play politics and should spare any anti national, he must be killed/hanged/exciled.
