when you have phaneesh murthy who being a harrasser-rapist is still acting as cCEO of IT company and also a former infostys brand man , you have the scenario before you.
now i understand why there is always delays in court cases. if a charge sheet contains 1000s of pages, the judge himself would get bored of reading and hence it takes time to deliver judgement. one page is enough for each of the 6 monsters and 2 pages for the poor girl and her boyfriend. so, totally 8 pages??wait..another one page to highlight the laxity of the delhi police, one more page on the laxity of sheila govt and one more page on the inefficiency of the central govt which controls the delhi police. so totally 11 pages is enough and the justice will be delivered in 11 days time..
Till the system comes out of these nonsense mindset things will never change...... what will be there in those 1000 pages?????? history of India and mentality of rapist along with family background of accused, victim and vehicle owner?????
Oh come on dont waste time, energy and money on such nonsense, even a 20 page chargesheet is good enough in such open and shut case.

if you look at indian legal documents, they are usually poorly written. they are quite annoyingly repetitive, take for ever to get to the point.
As per teachiings of Mahatma Gandhi, some sort of reformist punishment is requires for the perpetrators of the crime. Perhaps community service for some time is the best punishment to set an example.
