In all rape cases and raptists, human control is required at first. For all these happenings, first blame go to films,the actress and villain, for money these actresses, withour morallity they are acting,and these are seen by uneducated mobs,they are going on live. Let mr Amithabji tell women actors not to act on rape screens and also villains.They are spoliers of the soceity.

I agree completely with you.WHen people see movies,serials they tend to get exited and commit crimes all those actresses whoportray such scenes are responsible

robbery kidnapping and many other crimes included r@pe were committed even before the advent of films.

To this extent? No way. These uneducated men see bollywood kolywood tellywood and all wood films and being unable to get young women, turn to children and elderly.
More pages, more confusion, case is simple, why complicate? appears govt. has funds to waste public money. We need judicial reforms, similar mistake was done for Kasab case 1 lac pages.
Though the parents of victim have asked for death penalty for so called minor... bone density test still not out... if major and gets death penalty..well and good else 3 years penalty for being juvenile that is better becoz after 3 years people would get chance to burn him alive at India gate.....record it and publish it on facebook and youtube... 3 years is not a long time.....

if at a minor stage he commited such crime -like pushing iron rod damaging organs at majoe stage whta he will do better declare him as major and hang him
Not a joke...Let the special session of parliament give directives to number of pages. There is every possibility of misleading the court by police in similar cases if no. of pages is so huge.
Judge is not for sitting to punnish.Also save the innocent people who comes before the court. Judge is not a witness of a crime. He is Punnishing only the basis of Proof.So proof must be proven.So its takes time.
