There are cases now women are being raped for 3 years. Taking them all over the world. Recently I found a lady complained that her husband raped her, that too she found out after years.

For god's sake she was a minor. Do you trust the judgement of a 16 year old? Isn't it the responsibility of the adults to behave in a proper manner?

What if the same thing happens with their daughters?

Try the other 42 as well. And if Kurien tried to hide the truth he is more guilty than the others. Try not to see the crime through tainted lenses.

When it will close?

Never ending Interviews, discussions, FIR, Court verdict, counter verdicts and finally the Supreme court's displeasure and directive.
No ending?,unless the present Govt. goes?
Let the mass convince with the truth and conclude the case.
Hope, finally the Supreme Court only could use the stick now and deliver justice based on truth.

Rest assured that nothing will happen and no one will be found guilty. Our justice system is so slow that by the time they get justice,it is of no use.The guilty die of old age before any judgement comes. The entire system is corrupt and the rich and powerful get away.

Agreed 100%. Public justice system is the answer. Facts recorded by honest known personalities and instant judgement and its implementation is only solution. First let the marshals in democratic bodies throw these people on the road.

he has clearly mentioned he was canvassing. And that is why he was there. Obviously he was working and not nit-picking over little issues that you appear to be doing.

The fact is I do not trust or believe anyone from the CON party or their supporters. Rajan is not even an accused. The question of believing or not believing him does not arise.

this is what happens when the person changes his party. from congress to BJP and Rajan has done it just to get the popularity in BJP and the state. he should be tried first.

Let us shunt this CON party and their supporters out. They do only those things that benefit them, and do not care for the nation.

17 years, till justice not done to the victim!

Still a politician is moving free!

Still Cong govt is backing the criminal Kurien!

Still the Judiciary couldnt put the criminal behind the bars! But they could book 111 people for just asking to put Kurien behind the bars!

Still we say, we are living in a democracy!

Still we dont learn!

When the evidence probed is incorrect, the decision should be relooked at. Unlike the shameless CON government which hides the truth when inconvenient and defends its own ilk. If evidence was wrongly documented as Rajan points out ... the case must be reopened. Justice must prevail. There cannot be one law for politicians and minorities and another for others.
